how we work

We offer a once-weekly one-to-one psychodynamic counselling service.

The mainstay of this approach is self-reflection and self-examination, guided by us in a safe and confidential environment. Our therapy promotes increased self-awareness, allowing clients to understand the influence of the past on present behaviour and feelings. This enables the client to examine unresolved conflicts and the consequences that arise in their day to day lives which helps to overcome them, giving back more control in daily life.

This therapeutic approach is suited to those who want to work collaboratively and are open to being reflective and curious about themselves.
